For the purposes of this Privacy Policy, “we”, “our” and “us” shall mean Indiassetz Infra Services Private Limited and “you” and “your” shall mean you as a customer utilizing Indiassetz products. 

This privacy policy (“Privacy Policy”) is incorporated into and is subject to, the Terms and Conditions (“Terms and Conditions”) pertaining to the Products provided by us (“Products”). This Privacy Policy sets out what information we collect and how and why we use it when you access the Website and create an account with us (“Account”).  

By registering as our client and creating an Account on the Website, you agree to the use of the information furnished by you only for the purpose of utilisation of Products.  

Any other use of the information furnished by you or any additional information that may be sought from you will only be with your consent, that may be provided hereunder, or may be obtained from you from time to time. Please also note that the consent given by you may be withdrawn at any point in time without affecting the Products provided by us, so long as such information is not necessary for utilisation of our Products. 

 Any information provided by you will be stored by us for so long as you maintain an Account with us. You can also seek removal of the information provided by you. However, any information that we may be required to store for longer periods under applicable laws and regulations will be stored for such periods and only for that purpose.  

 Please note that we respect your privacy rights and our Products are designed and operated in a manner that protects your rights and will not be sold to other vendors.

Full name; Email address; Mobile number and contact details; Address and postal code; Family details (optional on a case-to-case basis); Asset profile; Details of real estate assets and related documents; and Billing name, billing address, and payment method (any other payment information, if required, will be obtained and processed by our payment gateway/banking partner and not by us). 

We may share the information with third parties, with adequate safeguards, to the extent the same is necessary for the Products sought by you. We may also use the information in a legally mandated manner without further obtaining your consent. 

ADDITIONAL PURPOSES FOR WHICH THE INFORMATION MAY BE USED  

With your consent, we will use the personally identifiable information provided by you for the additional purposes set out below: 

showing you relevant advertisements; insights curated for you; sending you newsletters and promotional materials regarding real estate trends and upcoming offers; administering contests, promotions, events, surveys, or other features. 

Please note that we may use the information in any manner as long as it is anonymized.

Regardless of where you live, the information provided by you will be processed and stored in India, as our Products are being provided in India.

Accordingly, we do not undertake any liability whatsoever as regards your usage of these third-party applications and you may visit them at your own risk.
