I know that this was a heroic feat given my dad’s sudden passing a few days before the registration was supposed to happen. You and your team went above and beyond to not only work through the considerable amount of paperwork and bureaucracy but also supported me in getting things like my father’s Death Certificate and by acting as our LPOA considering that my sister and I are living abroad. I am eternally thankful for all your support and advice during the whole, complex process. I really appreciate how sensitive you all were when we were all grieving my dad’s passing. I know it was not easy and your team pulled considerably long hours, not to mention all the red tape and extra steps you had to deal with as well.
